We shall invoice you through an online account for your purchase of our quarterly, half-yearly or yearly services(as a appropriate).
You hereby accept (and authorise all payments due) to pay ShiaSpouse Limited all charges at the prices in effect for registered user services and subscription.

As we provide all our users with a free trial subject to the above stated conditions, the majority of our registered users are happy within the service and pay on a continual basis in order to take advantage of our services. In view of this method of best practice, giving users an initial free trial of our site, it is our policy not to provide refunds if a user chooses to cancel their subscription before prior to its expiration-(this does not however affect your statutory rights).
You do however have a right to appeal providing your appeal is in writing, addressed to our registered office address and is received within seven days of the date of the particular transaction in question.
